Reservation Policy

You can book an apartment directly through our web page or calling on our phone number 0034 650 007976.

To Book Online

Through our web page you will be able to choose the apartment that you prefer and make your own reservation filling the booking form. When booking, depending on the apartment, you will be charged between 20 to 23% of the total price of the accommodation on your credit card. The system accept only VISA or MASTERCARD and it uses a safe security page for your credit card details.

When the payment of this charge has been confirmed, our web page automacticly will send you a Booking Confirmation email with all the details and the contact number of your greeter to call arriving in Barcelona. Your greeter will meet you in the apartment for the check in process after your call.

Second payment is cash on arrival.

Check in

You must call your contact number arriving in Barcelona airport to make the apointment for Check in and keys.

The apartment will be ready for you before your arrival. Our cleaning team will prepare the apartment and leave fresh towels and bedsheets.

Arriving to the flat you will then be asked to pay the remaining amount charged for the whole stay in cash and your passport or national card identity to record their details. We will also ask you for your credit card details as a guarantee against loss or any damage to the apartment itself caused during your stay or for any services after your stay, like post services 40 euros charged minimum. Our system accepts only VISA or Mastercard.

In case you cannot provide us with a credit card, you will be asked to pay a security deposit of 300 euros cash instead. The security deposit will be refunded to you at your check-out.

You will be asked to sign a short-term rental contract with a copy for your own with an agreement to respect our house rules and behave in a respectful and responsable manner.

Check-in time is from 11am.

We charge an extra 20 euros for late check-ins after 8 pm and an extra 40 euros for check-ins after 12 am.

Should any doubt or query arise during your stay, the contact person will be always glad to help you as well as our agency number 00 34 650 007976 in any case.

Cleaning of the apartment is carried out before the arrival of each client. On the day of departure, the client is required to leave the apartment in a reasonable state and leave on the table all sets of keys given on arrival.

Pets are only allowed under certain conditions.

The latest check-out time is 11 am.

Any modifications to a booking (dates, number of people or apartment) are possible, but are subject to acceptance by us and subject to a penalty.

Prices

Each flat has a different rate, depending on its size, location and facilities. Rates are established in days, weeks or months, depending on the length of the stay and the number of occupants, and are always made in the best interests of the guest. These prices include the accommodation as well as any water, gas, electricity, clean sheets and towels used during the stay.

We have a  cleaning fee between 30 to 70 euros for all bookings.

Prices may be subject to change on our web site at our discretion. If you see a good offer please take it.

If you need an invoice, we must charge a service tax of 16% by Spanish law, on the deposit only. So, for a deposit of 100 euros we would charge an extra 16 euros tax, which would make it a total of 116 euros. Please do not forget to bring the balance of your bill in CASH at the time of your check-in.

Cancelation policy

In case of modification or changes in the reservation, a charge will be applied.

If a client should cancel a completely prepaid reservation, there is a cost, which changes depending on the moment in which the cancellation was carried out (ie, how many days before the planned arrival). :

- 90 or more days before the arrival: 20 % of the total amount

- 60-89 days before: 30 % of the total amount

- 30-59 days before: 50 % of the total amount

- Less than 30 days before: 100 % of the total amount

Please, take note that the initial booking fee will not be returned in case of any case of cancellation by our clients.

We advise you to take out travel insurance. In case of any cancellation, even due to any major incident, the conditions of cancellation will be applied as established here.

If we cannot, for any reasons, offer the apartment that has been reserved by the client, we will inform, and to place him in an alternative apartment with similar characteristics, provided that other alternatives are available and depending on the period but always thinking the best for our client.
