For booking one of our apartments a first payment of 20 or 23 percent of the total amount is required. You have 3 options for first payment. To Book online, to book by telephone or to book by making a bank transfer. The easiest way is to Book online.

How to Book online.

After making your choice of apartment, number of guest and dates click on the BOOK IT button on the page below. This will directed you to the booking form where you can review all the reservation details and fill your personal data like name, mobile number, arrival time etc.

After entering the personal information required you have to click on CONTINUE THE RESERVATION button to be directed to the page to confirm or modified this details and finally Click on FINISH RESERVATION button to be redirected to our secure payment system. In this page you have to enter your credit card details and the transaction will be completed within the protected environment of Caixa Catalunya Bank system. Our system accepts only Visa or Mastercard

Once you have completed the prepayment the apartment is booked and you will receive instantly a booking confirmation email.

How to Book by telephone.

To book by telephene a first payment of 20 or 23 percent is required by Visa or Mastercard. In this case you have to call on the 00 34 650 007976 from 9 am to 8pm Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday 10 am to 1 pm and give your personal information, arrival information and credit card details. Your reservation and pre payment will be done manually. After this a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

How to Book by bank transfer.

After making your apartment choice if you prefer to make a bank transfer, you have to email us on info@barcelonapartments.net to ask for our account details and these will be sent back to you. Sending us your bank transfer confirmation the reservation will be done and booking confirmation sent.
