The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a full bathroom, a kitchen, a dining, a living with a comfortable sofa bed and a private terrace.
The main space is the living equipped with a sofa and armchairs, TV, DVD, and CD player. Its very luminous and opens on a terrace.
The terrace is rather big for having a diner outside and enjoys the warm weather of Barcelona.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials, microwave and dishwasher.
The whole apartment (excepts the kitchen and the bathroom) has a beautiful wood floor and it’s decorated with taste in a modern style.
Its on a fifth floor with elevator in a nice building on the famous Via Laietana. Its a fantastic location, very central and just 2 minutes walking from the Marina and 10 minutes walking from the beach. Its as well close from Rambla and walking distance from all the other important attractions of Barcelona.
