From her you can easily walk to every turist and interesting point of the city plus the eixample area is a must itself full of restaurnts, bars and galleries all in the most beautiful modernist area of the city.

The apartment is a very beautiful and spacious luxury Apartment for rent, very comfortable and fully equipped. It has of 120 m2 divided into several spaces of lives which make it very warm. It has 2 double bedrooms and a rest place, like a lounge area with a comfortable double sofa bed.

By entering there is an open kitchen with a central bar facing the dinner room and looking onto a pleasant patio. On the right-hand side there is a luminous living equipped with a comfortable sofa and with armchairs, cable TV and Hi-Fi music audio. There is also a double room looking onto the lounge and onto a very sunny interior balcony.

To the left of the kitchen the corridor brings us to another part of the apartment. To the left, there is a rest place (lounge) with a comfortable double sofa bed and a big dressing. To the right, very beautiful bathroom with a large bathtub and toilet.
In the third part of the apartment, there is a laundry, a toilet, a shower and the second double room with a big dressing, very quiet and giving on another interior patio.

The whole apartment has a wood floor and high wood sealings. Decorated with beautiful pictures of different spanish artists, a great library and photographies of the owner who is an out-standing photographer. Very stylish.
